As first-time home buyers, Glenn and I would like to commend your real estate broker, Maryanne Resendes, for helping us secure our new home in Randolph, MA. We were extremely happy with Maryanne’s professionalism, flexibility, and efficiency.
Having worked with Maryanne in securing an apartment in Roslindale in 2003, we were more than enthusiastic to have her facilitate the purchase of our new home. Maryanne remained patient, flexible, and understanding during the entire ordeal of first-time home buying. She made appropriate and timely recommendations on mortgage brokers, real estate lawyers, and even electricians and plumbers. Moreover, she replied to our telephone calls in a timely fashion. As well, her frank impressions and discussions during home visits and escorts to open houses were greatly appreciated.
Importantly, Maryanne was more than accommodating in working around our busy schedules. For example, she went out of her way to drive to West Roxbury Veteran Affairs Hospital to have me sign documents, which she delivered immediately by hand to the seller’s broker in Randolph. Given that Maryanne normally deals with real estate transactions closer to Boston, this gesture best exemplifies her commitment to customer satisfaction that transcends city limits.
In closing, we could not have had an easier experience in purchasing our new home without Maryanne Resendes’ help, and Jamaica Hill Realty is fortunate to have a person like her on staff.
